Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 25, 2026
Welcome to the AR Fencing website. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the information, features, and services available through it.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.
1. About AR Fencing
AR Fencing is a locally owned fencing company serving customers in Colorado. We provide residential, commercial, agricultural, and other fencing services depending on the needs of each project.
Our services may include installation, replacement, and repair of wood privacy fencing, horizontal fencing, vinyl fencing, ornamental fencing, chain-link fencing, agricultural fencing, hog panel fencing, welded-wire fencing, gates, posts, and other fencing systems.
Availability of particular services may depend on location, project conditions, materials, and other factors.
2. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, information regarding services, materials, availability, pricing, photographs, project examples, and other content is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
Pictures of previous projects are examples of our work. Because every property and project is different, we cannot guarantee that another project will have an identical appearance or result.
3. Estimates and Quote Requests
Submitting a request for an estimate, contacting AR Fencing through this website, sending photographs or measurements, or discussing a potential project does not automatically create a binding contract between you and AR Fencing.
Any preliminary pricing provided through the website, telephone, text message, email, photographs, measurements supplied by a customer, or other remote communication may be subject to change after the property and project conditions are evaluated.
Final pricing may depend on factors including, but not limited to:
-
Total fence footage and height
-
Fence style and materials
-
Number and size of gates
-
Removal and disposal of existing fencing
-
Terrain, slopes, and accessibility
-
Soil and ground conditions
-
Rock, concrete, roots, or other underground obstructions
-
Property layout
-
Material prices and availability
-
Permit or code requirements
-
Additional work requested by the customer
A fencing project becomes subject to the specific terms agreed upon between AR Fencing and the customer in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or written contract.
4. Scheduling and Project Timeframes
Any dates or timeframes discussed through this website are estimates unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing.
Scheduling may be affected by weather, material availability, utility locating, permitting, site conditions, changes requested by the customer, emergencies, or other circumstances outside AR Fencing’s reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes to our customers.
5. Property Lines, Utilities, Permits, and Site Conditions
Customers should provide accurate information regarding their property and proposed fence location.
Property boundaries should be established before installation when there is any uncertainty regarding the location of a property line. AR Fencing does not provide professional land surveying services unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
Utility locating, permits, HOA requirements, private utilities, irrigation systems, underground wiring, drainage systems, and other site-specific responsibilities will be addressed as applicable to each project and may be further described in the customer’s estimate or contract.
Conditions that are concealed or cannot reasonably be identified before work begins may affect the project’s price, schedule, or scope of work.
6. Payments
Prices, deposits, progress payments, final payments, accepted payment methods, and payment due dates for fencing projects will be specified in the customer’s estimate, invoice, proposal, or contract.
Information displayed on this website should not be interpreted as establishing payment terms for a particular fencing project.
7. Changes to a Project
Customers may request changes after an estimate has been prepared or after work has begun. Changes involving materials, fence layout, footage, gates, height, removal work, or other aspects of the project may result in additional charges and changes to the completion schedule.
Material changes or additional work should be approved by AR Fencing and the customer before the additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.
8. Materials and Availability
Fence materials may vary naturally in appearance, particularly wood products. Differences in grain, knots, texture, shade, color, and weathering are normal characteristics of natural materials.
Material availability and manufacturer specifications may also change. When a specified product becomes unavailable, AR Fencing will discuss reasonable alternatives with the customer when necessary.
9. Warranties
Any warranty applicable to a fencing project will be described in the customer’s written estimate, proposal, contract, or warranty documentation.
Certain materials may also carry warranties provided directly by their manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as creating a warranty that is not expressly provided in writing for a particular project.
10. Website Photos and Content
Unless otherwise indicated, photographs, logos, text, graphics, and other original content appearing on this website belong to AR Fencing or are being used with appropriate permission.
